In order to support our constant growth and our customers worldwide, we are looking for our future passionate web development engineer to join the Electrical Content Portal / SOLIDWORKS Electrical development team, within the CATIA R&D division. The team develops and evolves the Electrical Content Portal (ECP) and associated applications. This web platform notably provides SOLIDWORKS Electrical users with the electrical equipment manufacturer catalog data necessary for their projects.
Permanent position (CDI) based in Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc (76). Under the responsibility of the Electrical Content Portal web application project manager, you will participate in the entire application lifecycle: design, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will notably ensure the maintenance and evolution of the legacy ECP site, while actively participating in its progressive redesign towards a modern web architecture. In collaboration with the Quality Assurance, Product Definition, Architecture, and R&D teams, you will design robust, secure, high-performance, and maintainable solutions. You will also contribute to the exploration of new technologies, notably artificial intelligence tools, in order to automate certain tasks, simplify workflows, and improve the user experience.
Your missions:***Maintain and evolve the legacy ECP site to guarantee its reliability and sustainability.
- Participate in the progressive redesign of ECP and its migration to a modern web architecture.
- Design and develop new features while taking into account user needs, performance, and maintainability.
- Explore and integrate AI solutions to improve automation and product features.
- Guarantee software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Participate in the deployment, supervision, and continuous improvement of applications.
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
Your qualifications:***You have higher education in computer science or software development (minimum Bac+5), and you have initial experience in software development in a web environment (including internships and apprenticeships).
- You have strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
- You have a good command of object-oriented programming, ideally in C NET.
- You have good knowledge of SQL, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- You master Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git.
- Your level of spoken and written English allows you to work in an English-speaking environment.
