Job Description

The Team

Integrated into multidisciplinary Agile teams, you will work in a structured environment, with strong collaboration between technical teams (development, QA, operations) and regular interactions with integration, quality, and security stakeholders.

Work Environment

You will operate in a European institutional context, characterized by high requirements in terms of traceability, documentation, compliance (RGPD), and security.

Projects are conducted in a structured and tooled environment (Agile, CI/CD, ITSM), with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You work in a tooled and standardized ecosystem (Agile, CI/CD, ITSM), with a strong culture of quality and development industrialization.

English is used on a daily basis (meetings, tickets, documentation).

The Mission

In this context, you will intervene across the entire application lifecycle:

• Develop and evolve functionalities: technical design, implementation, code reviews, refactoring
• Ensure solution integration: APIs, interoperability, exchanges (messages/events), data schemas, and deployments via CI/CD pipelines
• Guarantee quality: unit and integration tests, anomaly correction (including security), contribution to quality criteria
• Contribute to run: incident analysis, performance optimization, documentation (runbooks, release notes), knowledge transfer
• Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements: security, performance, integration with existing systems

You will work in a modern and heterogeneous technical environment that may include technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, or integration and security tools.

Qualifications

Technical Skills***Proven experience (8 years) in Java application development on complex environments (web, API, integration) and good mastery of frameworks such as Spring Boot.

• Very good mastery of development practices: automated tests, code reviews, quality, and security
• Experience with Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to intervene on integration, performance, and stability issues

Behavioral Skills***Good analytical and synthesis skills

• Ability to work in structured and demanding environments
• Ease in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement

Languages***English B2 minimum, used daily both orally and in writing Additional Information
