Job Description
Reporting to the Manufacturing perimeter Oversight Director, your main missions will be the definition and deployment of the business development strategy and its performance in agreement with CIMPA agencies, securing and winning tenders, leading a team of cluster leaders and sales representatives, and consolidation and reporting to customers, the Oversight Director, and the CIMPA COMEX.
Develop business and its performance: Define the commercial development and customer addressing strategy (Must Win & Lobbying clients) Propel offers to become a transversal supplier on all WPs
- Identify and convert new opportunities by providing innovative and high-performance solutions to customers
- Ensure the profitability and sustainability of projects.
Drive the Manufacturing dynamic: Drive the CIMPA cluster leader network, in agreement with domain leaders
- CIMPA focal point for Manufacturing customers
- Drive the commercial dynamic
- Deployment, promotion, and support of the delivery model transformation
Steer CIMPA Manufacturing Business: Guarantor of customer satisfaction and relationships; Guarantor of Perimeters, Issues, and Contractual Commitments
- Steer business expertise, technological and competitor intelligence, capitalization, development of the expertise hub, work, and transnational coordination. Consolidate KPIs and report to customers and at the program level.
Qualifications
The sought profile: You have proven experience in transnational program management
-You have expertise in Manufacturing Engineering professions
-You have specifically worked on industrialization issues
-You are recognized by your customers and master their challenges,
-You have more than 15 years of experience,
-You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-You practice active listening, are adaptable, and have the ability to energize and inspire cross-functional teams
-You are proficient in English
