Job Description

The ServiceNow pole accompanies its clients - key accounts - in their digital transformation and the optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. It intervenes on high value-added projects covering the entire lifecycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions.

In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to work on complex, structuring projects with high business stakes.

Your role and missions: You design and manage the global architecture of ServiceNow solutions;

• You supervise the quality and integration of the architecture, from its design to its potential interfaces/APIs with third-party systems;
• You advise project teams and clients on architectural choices;
• You supervise integration into the existing IS and data migrations;
• You work in close collaboration with Project Management and technical teams to ensure the reliability of the planning of project phases and deadlines;
• You contribute to tenders, POC/POV, and complex pre-sales.

As a partner to national and international companies, travel is to be expected as part of our various projects.

Qualifications

You possess solid technical expertise.

You have a professional level of English

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) as well as CTA or CMA are a plus

Graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in IS architecture and complex integrations.
