Job Description

Join our Support & Services division as a Consulting Manager and actively contribute to its development regarding the strategic challenges of the aftermarket and spare parts management.

Our field missions and close collaboration with customers place us at the heart of their challenges and products. Building on our PLM experience and our knowledge of the product life cycle (E2E Process, Method & Tools), we are true partners in their operational efficiency and we co-construct the industry of tomorrow with them.

Within our PLM consulting team, reporting directly to our Support & Services division, you will work with our major industrial accounts to optimize their aftermarket model and design new innovative services. A key player in our growth, you will carry a triple responsibility: production excellence, team management, and business development.

Operational Steering and Delivery Excellence

• Operationally lead missions by managing a team and/or delivering directly in your area of expertise
• Design and produce the highest value-added deliverables for the mission

• Ensure responsibility for performance, respect for deadlines, relevance, quality, and the added value of work and deliverables
• Challenge customer orientations and ensure the adoption of proposed solutions by mobilizing stakeholders

Team Management and Development

• Organize mission work and ensure team steering
• Supervise and develop the skills of junior and senior consultants

• Support the skill development of your teams on aftermarket challenges
• Foster buy-in from prospects, customers, and employees

Business Development

• Lead the detection and qualification of opportunities within your scope
• Actively develop your customer network and win new accounts

• Contribute directly to the pre-sales phase and present commercial proposals
• Enrich and structure the Support & Services offering in connection with aftermarket market needs

Qualifications

Higher education (Master's degree) with significant experience in consulting and/or an industrial environment. You possess recognized expertise in aftermarket challenges or spare parts management, with mastery of in-service product life cycle management.

• You possess a strategic and entrepreneurial vision of business development
• You are recognized for your leadership and your ability to unite teams around ambitious objectives

• You are an excellent communicator, comfortable with operational management to pitch and convince
• You have demonstrated your ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously

• This position requires proficiency in English for daily professional use
