Job Description
As part of the development of our activities, we are recruiting Junior Support & Services Consultant profiles (M/F) to participate in the transformation of industrial organizations around maintenance and services challenges.
Within our PLM consulting team, directly reporting to our Support & Services division, you will support our large industrial accounts in optimizing their processes and designing new innovative services. Your interventions cover the entire project cycle, from strategic scoping to operational deployment.
Our field missions and close collaboration with customers place us at the heart of their challenges and products. Leveraging our PLM experience and our knowledge of the product lifecycle (E2E Process, Method & Tools), we are true partners in their operational efficiency; we co-construct the industry of tomorrow with them.
Thanks to access to a training catalog, exchange and mutual aid with your colleagues, as well as several competence centers, you will have all the tools at your disposal to succeed in your missions: Participate in conducting studies, diagnostics, and proposals for improving maintenance and service processesSupport our customers in the design and implementation of their digital and organizational transformation strategiesIntegrate business needs into PLM roadmaps and co-construct priorities with teamsSupport the management and deployment of industrial projects, from the scoping phase to change managementProduce high value-added deliverables: process maps, business cases, specifications, roadmaps, transformation plansStructure and lead project meetings and collaborative workshops with stakeholdersEnsure and develop the customer relationship in a long-term partnership logic***Contribute to the drafting of commercial proposals and detect all development opportunities
Qualifications
With an engineering background (Master's degree) and 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting or in an industrial environment in support and product services roles.
