We intervene to structure and support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving profitability: rethinking and digitalizing the Front-to-Back value chain, accelerating the massification of activities and the development of new industrial partnerships, increasing the automation of activities, or even modernizing performance management.

Our uniqueness in the market? Operational performance is one of our emblematic areas of expertise. We accompany all players in the financial sector in identifying and implementing new technological and organizational levers, relying on accelerators such as our benchmarks (notably retail Banking processes and activities, external charges, digital services panorama, etc.), or our radars allowing for a leap forward in terms of performance.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, your main missions will be to DRIVE MAJOR TRANSFORMATIONS FOR OUR CLIENTS: Maintain a relationship of trust with our clients while leading projects autonomously, managing planning, risks, and resources; Be the guarantor of the quality commitment of our achievements and client satisfaction by providing expertise on themes related to improving profitability; Supervise our employees and ensure their skill development.

• PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE EXPERTISE: Develop and promote our convictions on Operational Performance by addressing its different components: simplifying the operating model, accelerating massification and developing new partnerships, automating activity processing, modernizing performance management, sustainably optimizing operating expenses; Participate in the development of accelerators around Operational Performance (operational performance benchmark for collective Protection and Health, benchmark of retail Banking processes and activities, benchmark on external charges, integration of new technologies such as Generative AI, BPO radars, payment solutions panorama, etc.). DYNAMIZE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify new opportunities and participate in pre-sales meetings (prospecting, qualification, defense, etc.); Participate in responses to calls for tender with a significant level of contribution.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in Operational performance optimization issues within the Financial Services sector, in a consulting firm
• An ability to manage strategic projects, taking into account the specificities of the sector and those related to Operational Performance
• Ease in supporting change, uniting people, and developing employee skills
• Contribute to the identification of synergies within the Financial Services practice
• An appetite for business development and/or sales; Proficiency in professional English
• An ability to travel in Europe or internationally
