Job Description

Join our teams as a Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain. You will work on implementation, evolution, and support projects revolving around Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, in an international and stimulating environment.

Your missions:

As an Oracle ERP Cloud expert, you will join the Business Line Solutions & Expertise, within the Oracle ERP division (25 employees with technical, functional, and managerial profiles). You will work on maintenance and development projects around Fusion, as well as on migration projects from Oracle ERP on-premise to Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • You will leverage your functional and technical expertise on several projects in parallel, following a logic of pooling skills within the division.
  • You will support projects from the collection of business needs, in close collaboration with project managers, through to design and implementation.
  • You will ensure functional validation, gap analysis, writing specifications, and performing testing phases.

Expected skills and expertise: You possess significant experience (5 to 10 years) in Oracle Apps solutions, particularly Oracle Fusion (Finance and Supply Chain Management modules). You have participated in at least 2 to 3 complete projects (implementation, upgrade, support). You master the design of functional solutions, needs analysis, and the configuration of Oracle EBS Fusion modules. Knowledge of the on-premise Oebs environment is a plus.

  • You are able to collect and formalize business needs and propose adapted solutions.
  • You demonstrate skills in business analysis, mapping, and process redesign, as well as in transformation support.
  • You have experience in configuration, testing, user training, change management, and support.
  • You master the writing of SQL queries to extract and validate data and understand the table structure as well as associated workflows.
  • You have a good understanding of technical aspects: SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Workflow, Forms and Reports.
  • You manage service requests with the Oracle publisher.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, both oral and written, and master professional English.
  • Skills in project management or workpackage management, as well as experience in client/user relations, are appreciated.

Certifications: Oracle Cloud ERP certifications represent a major asset.

Qualifications

Profile sought: You are a graduate of an Engineering school, a Business school, or a university program (Master's degree/Bac +5) with a specialization in IT, Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

  • You have 5 to 10 years of operational experience in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules.
