Job Description

Join the Sopra Steria teams within the Aeroline vertical, working on key applications for our clients, major industrial players in the aeronautics and defense sectors.

Reporting to the Project management of a market, you will take charge of and autonomously pilot the strategic and innovative projects entrusted to you (high proportion of projects/activity in agility, within Scrum or SAFe Frameworks) As a project manager, you are the preferred interlocutor for the client(s), partners, subcontracting companies, and employees to coordinate the actions to be implemented. You hold a global, high-responsibility function, accompanied by a monitoring director and a commercial actor.

Your role and missions: You take charge of contract execution and the achievement of project objectives within the framework of fixed-price management (client satisfaction, respect for scope, budget, and deadlines); you analyze client needs and provide technical solutions in coordination with internal technical teams;

• You pilot and lead a team of employees toward the success of the mission;
• You are responsible for studying and monitoring risks and implementing associated action plans;
• You organize the schedule and pilot teams from the general specifications of the projects through to the development, testing and acceptance, production deployment, and startup support phases;
• You ensure the consistency of technical and functional choices, with the help of the technical manager and the business analyst of your team;
• You manage profitability, seek optimization solutions, and ensure the financial monitoring of the project (orders, invoicing); you perform internal reporting to the market management / agency;
• You advance your team by setting objectives and mission reviews for each project employee;
• You bring value to your client by submitting improvement proposals regarding the product, technologies, processes, etc.

Furthermore, you will be required to participate in pre-sales, transverse human resources management activities (recruitment interviews, employee mentoring, etc.), as well as animating agency life.

Qualifications

You have the soul of an entrepreneur and are passionate about piloting, supervision, and team management. You are looking for a complete position that will enhance your technical, functional, and piloting skills.

You have a sense of humanity and commitment, you are rigorous, and you enjoy teamwork.

Experience in agile contexts is ideally desired.

A good command of English is essential.

You have significant experience of at least 5 years in conducting projects around information systems. Ideally, you have already worked on fixed-price projects in an ESN, at a software publisher, or for an end client.

You have a Master's degree level (Bac +5), whether university, engineering, or equivalent.
