Job Description

The Salesforce pole supports its clients - key accounts - in their digital transformation and the optimization of their business processes thanks to the Salesforce platform. It intervenes on high value-added projects covering the entire lifecycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions.

In this context, we are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support our clients in the formalization of their business needs and the implementation of Salesforce solutions adapted to their challenges.

Your role and missions: You collect, analyze, and challenge the clients' business needs; You facilitate functional and scoping workshops; You write functional specifications, user stories, and expressions of needs; You contribute to the design of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, workflows, automations); You collaborate closely with technical teams (Architects, Tech Leads, Salesforce developers); You support the functional testing and user validation phases; You participate in change management and the adoption of Salesforce solutions.

As a partner to national and international companies, occasional travel is to be expected as part of our various projects.

Qualifications

You have a good understanding of business processes and functional challenges. You are able to analyze complex subjects and make them accessible to different stakeholders.

Rigorous, autonomous, and possessing a good team spirit, you know how to work in collaboration with business and technical teams. You also possess good interpersonal skills and a real sense of customer service.

You are proficient in English in a professional context.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst) as well as Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe) are appreciated.

A graduate of an engineering school or equivalent training, you have at least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on Salesforce projects.
