General Manager

New Nairi Hotel is looking for an experienced and leadership-skilled General Manager, who will be able to effectively manage the entire operation of the hotel and ensure high-quality service standards. (please read the announcement carefully) WORK EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

1. Organize and supervise the daily operations of the hotel
2. Ensure high-quality customer service and respond quickly to complaints
3. Manage and motivate staff (recruitment, training, supervision)
4. Monitor bookings, occupancy, and revenue indicators
5. Work with booking systems (TrioSoft) and online platforms (Booking, expedia, ostrovok)
6. Prepare reports and analyze results
7. Supervise the quality of cleanliness, security, and services
8. Cooperate with suppliers and partners
9. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies

1. At least 2-3 years of work experience in the hotel business is MANDATORY
2. Leadership and team management skills
3. High culture of customer service
4. Organizational and multifunctional work ability
5. Analytical thinking and rapid problem solving
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Computer skills (MS Office, PMS systems)
8. Work experience with online platforms, Booking, expedia, ostrovok booking is mandatory
9. Language proficiency (English, Russian mandatory, other languages: desirable)
