Job Description – Daily Worker Waitress

Position: Daily Worker Waiter/waitress Department: Food & Beverage Service Reports to: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and serve guests in a friendly, polite, and professional manner Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages Take and input guest orders accurately Serve food and beverages according to service standards Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant area before, during, and after operation Perform table setup and clear tables following SOP Handle guest requests and complaints properly, and report to supervisor when necessary Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations Maintain good grooming and professional attitude at all times Qualifications: Female Minimum training or experience in Food & Beverage Service Well-groomed, neat, and presentable Good communication skills and service-oriented Able to work both independently and in a team Basic English skills (spoken) is an advantage Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays Benefits: Meal / transport allowance (as per company policy) Service charge (if applicable) Valuable experience in the hospitality industry
