Your tasks
You will support daily customer service and operational functions to ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, inventory coordination, and administrative efficiency.
- Responsible to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Handle and execute members account-related enquiries, product returns and general membership matters.
- Execute order fulfilment and delivery arrangements with logistics partners.
- Responsible to prepare and pack products accurately for timely delivery and customer collection.
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and transactions.
- Manage and monitor inventory accuracy and propose stock replenishment
- Conduct month end stock count with accuracy and submit report to Head Office on time
- Prepare basic operational reports and administrative documents.
- Support all company events and operational activities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or operations support will be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organised, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, proficiency is an advantage.
