Job Summary

Support financial operations by generating invoices, performing reconciliations, assisting with financial analysis and month-end closing, and liaising with agents to ensure smooth job-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices and account statements to support billing processes
• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Assist in financial management by analyzing financial data to support decision-making
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Liaise effectively with agents on job-related matters to facilitate operational coordination

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations
• Ability to work independently to manage assigned financial tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of Mandarin to communicate with headquarters in Shanghai and prepare reports in Chinese

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field
