Job Description – Site Finishing Engineer

Site Finishing Engineer – Villas & Palaces

New Dimension is looking for an experienced Site Finishing Engineer to join our team and manage multiple high-end residential projects, including villas and palaces.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage finishing works across multiple villa and palace projects.
• Ensure all finishing activities are executed according to the required quality standards, approved designs, and project specifications.
• Have strong technical knowledge of all interior finishing works, including civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, doors, kitchens, and other finishing trades.
• Follow up on site progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractors across different projects.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure that work is progressing according to the approved schedule.
• Coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review drawings and ensure proper execution and attention to technical details.
• Identify site problems and provide practical and effective solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, quality, pending works, and site requirements.
• Ensure proper snagging, finishing quality, and final handover of projects.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in high-end finishing projects, particularly villas and palaces.
• Solid practical knowledge of all interior finishing works and construction details.
• Ability to manage and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong site management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned projects.
• Owns a car and has a valid driving license – essential due to frequent movement between project sites.
• Previous experience with high-end residential finishing is highly preferred.
