Interior Designer

We are looking for a motivated and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing visual presentations, selecting materials and finishes, communicating with clients, and supporting projects from concept development to completion.

This role is suitable for experienced interior designers who are eager to grow professionally, work on diverse projects, and contribute to high-quality design outcomes in the real estate and interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, space planning solutions, 3D visualizations

Prepare and present layout proposals, zoning plans, furniture arrangements, lighting concepts, and material selection options.

Select finishing materials, furniture, lighting, textiles, colors, decorative elements, and accessories in line with the design concept, budget, and functional needs.

Present design proposals to clients and clearly explain the concept, functionality, materials, color palette, and visual solutions.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, constructors, suppliers, furniture manufacturers, and other project specialists.

Supervise on-site implementation and ensure compliance with approved design documentation and quality standards.

Make design adjustments during project implementation based on technical or operational requirements.

Stay updated on modern interior design trends, materials, technologies, furniture solutions, and sustainable design approaches.

Professional Requirements

Degree or professional education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of space planning, ergonomics, color theory, lighting design, material selection, and furniture arrangement.

Ability to prepare professional drawings, technical documentation, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations.

Proficiency in 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or other relevant design software.

Good understanding of construction processes, finishing materials, furniture production, and technical implementation details.
