We now have a job vacancy for an Incoming Tourism Online Sales

Main requirements

English: Very good to fluent spoken and written English; C1-level English is often a strong advantage. ‏‏

Additional languages: Italian, German, French, Spanish will be considered an extra asset.

Tourism experience: Usually 1–3 years in inbound tourism, travel sales, reservations, or a similar position.

Sales skills: Ability to handle leads, follow up, persuade customers, upsell, negotiate, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

Computer skills: Good Microsoft Office/Excel skills and preferably experience with reservation systems.

Online communication: Experience communicating with international customers through email, WhatsApp, social media, and online booking platforms. ‏‏

Egypt destination knowledge: Good knowledge of Egyptian hotels, Nile cruises, sightseeing, routes, excursions, and tourism products. ‏‏

Itinerary & quotation skills: Ability to create customized itineraries, calculate prices, prepare professional quotations, and arrange hotels, transfers, tours, guides.

Customer service: Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Education: A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is often preferred.
