Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field At least 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, account management, or sales Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage multiple stores and client accounts Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Willing to undergo 3 months training with allowance, reporting twice a week in Parañaque Head Office and 3 days store visit.
