QA Engineer (ServiceNow)

19 months contract, 2 days WFH About the role You will join a dedicated agile squad working across the full delivery lifecycle — from design and configuration through to go-live and ongoing support. As QA Engineer you own the quality, reliability and performance of the ServiceNow FSM solution, running testing activities across every stage of delivery. Key responsibilities Design, build and execute comprehensive test suites covering functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, and performance testing

Validate ServiceNow FSM configurations, customisations and integrations

Identify, log, track and verify defects through to resolution

Work with developers and business analysts to validate expected system behaviour

Support user acceptance testing and production readiness assessments

Improve test processes and quality standards over time

About you Minimum 3 years in software quality assurance or software testing

Minimum 2 years testing ServiceNow-based solutions

Familiarity with ServiceNow testing tools, including Automated Test Framework (ATF)

Strong grasp of testing methodologies and defect management

Experience testing enterprise workflow-driven platforms

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Understanding of CI/CD testing concepts (good to have)
