Strategic purchasing at Neuroth means responsibility, negotiation, and real creative freedom. You will further develop international product groups, build strong supplier partnerships, and find solutions that are economically convincing and long-term.

As a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) at the Graz location, you will actively shape our purchasing and turn market opportunities into concrete results, together with our specialist departments and international country organizations.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of purchasing and product group strategies
• Analysis of international procurement markets and identification of optimization potential
• Leading national and international price and contract negotiations
• Building and further developing long-term supplier partnerships
• Realization of sustainable cost optimizations
• Management and support of purchasing and optimization projects
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and international country organizations

What You Bring

• Completed commercial or technical training or studies
• Experience in strategic purchasing, Category Management, or Supply Chain Management
• Negotiation skills in an international environment
• Strong business understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Experience in supplier and contract management
• Very good English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working

For this position, we offer a monthly gross salary starting from EUR 3,800 (Collective agreement for employees in the metal industry). The actual salary naturally depends on your qualifications and relevant professional experience. Appropriate overpayment is provided.
