Software Developer

With an Agentic Factory, we are creating the foundation for rethinking software development and digital processes: AI agents take over recurring tasks, support implementation, and become a permanent part of our digital working world. As an AI Delivery Lead (m/f/d), you will develop and manage a virtual developer team of AI agents.

Your tasks

• Construction, further development, and management of an Agentic Factory for AI-supported software development at Neuroth

• Development and orchestration of a virtual developer team of AI agents

• Identification of application possibilities where AI agents can automate processes, relieve teams, and implement digital solutions faster

• Technical evaluation of requirements, solution architectures, estimates, and implementation concepts

• Management of external delivery partners - from commissioning and coordination of the scope of services to ensuring quality and timely implementation, reviewing offers, effort estimates, and technical solution approaches

• Collaboration with IT management, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders

• Responsibility for the targeted use of an annual budget for AI technologies, tools, and further developments

What you bring with you

• You have already developed, built, or put an AI agent into production yourself and can explain clearly in an interview how it works, which tasks it performs, and how you control it.

• Sound understanding of software development and modern delivery processes - you know how a requirement becomes a functioning technical solution.

• Technical know-how in areas such as software development, APIs, Cloud-Technologien, DevOps, and automation; experience with Microsoft Azure is an advantage.

• Experience in managing external IT partners and service providers as well as in evaluating offers, estimates, and delivery results.

• Strong management and implementation competence as well as a good sense for quality, priorities, and economic decisions.

• Interest in current developments in the field of AI and the willingness to actively try out and put new technologies into productive use.

• Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage, a basic understanding of the German language is expected.

For this position, we offer a gross salary starting from EUR 4,600 per month on an all-in basis in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
