As a Strategic_r Einkäufer_in (m/w/d) at the Graz location, you will actively shape our purchasing and turn market opportunities into concrete results, together with our specialist departments and international country organizations.

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of purchasing and product group strategies
• Analysis of international procurement markets and identification of optimization potential
• Leading national and international price and contract negotiations
• Building and further developing long-term supplier partnerships
• Realization of sustainable cost optimizations
• Management and support of purchasing and optimization projects
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and international country organizations

What you bring

• Completed commercial or technical training or studies
• Experience in strategic purchasing, Category Management, or Supply Chain Management
• Negotiation skills in an international environment
• Strong business understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Experience in supplier and contract management
• Very good English skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working

For this position, we offer a monthly gross salary starting from EUR 3,800 (Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe). The actual salary naturally depends on your qualifications and relevant professional experience. Corresponding overpayment is provided.
