Physical AI cannot be trained on internet data alone. Robots must learn skills in the real world – through observation, interaction, and operation in real environments. This is the idea behind NEURA Gym: a global network of fitness training centers where robots learn industrial tasks / skills directly from experienced human operators / the people who know these processes from the inside.

As a robot operator, you will practically work with the entire range of NEURA Robotics platforms (including the state-of-the-art humanoid robot 4NE1) and help collect the real-world data that trains our AI systems. Through teleoperation, testing, and robot configuration, you will play a key role in improving the intelligence and performance of our robots.

What you will do

Control NEURA robots remotely via teleoperation to perform real-world tasks - Wear motion capture devices while performing specific movements and actions based on project requirements - Conduct structured data collection sessions to generate high-quality AI training data - Setup, calibration, and preparation of robots for tests and demonstrations - Monitor robot performance and work closely with on-site service technicians to resolve issues quickly - Collaborate with AI and robotics engineers to improve robot performance and capabilities

You are a good fit for us if you...

are used to working in a fast-paced environment adapted to production facilities, including shift work - Have a background in skilled trades such as mechanics, electrical, automotive, or similar - Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn - Experience with robotics or automation is a plus, but not required - You speak English, German is a plus, but not required - The activity is also physically demanding
