Senior Engineering Manager (m/f/d) - Verification & Validation (Test Engineer)

Do you want to lead an engineering team in the field of verification and validation and be responsible for the assurance of complex hardware and software systems? In this position, you will further develop test strategies, coordinate validation activities, and ensure that requirements are reliably verified.

As a Senior Engineering Manager (m/f/d) - Verification & Validation, you will undertake the following tasks with us:

• You will lead and further develop a team in the field of verification and validation both technically and organizationally.
• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of verification and validation strategies for complex hardware and software systems.
• You will accompany integration, system, regression, and acceptance tests and ensure the traceability of requirements.
• You will drive the further development of test processes, test automation, and validation environments.
• You will work closely with software, hardware, and system development and support complex development projects.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience in leading engineering or test teams
• Experience in the field of verification and validation of complex hardware and software systems
• Knowledge of test automation, CI/CD processes, as well as modern test methods
• Experience with HiL platforms, simulation environments, or system tests is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant safety and certification standards is desirable
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured way of working
• Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
