Senior Controller (f/m/d)

For approx. 20 years, the Neumüller Unternehmensgruppe has operated as an owner-managed family business – with currently more than 300 employees – in the field of recruitment support, personnel, and engineering services. As a Senior Controller (f/m/d), you will undertake the following tasks with us:

• You create and coordinate budget and forecast planning.
• You plan the profit & loss statement as well as cost and performance accounting.
• You create efficient monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• You develop business decision templates based on variance analyses.
• You proactively conduct analyses, independently derive recommendations for action, and accompany the implementation and monitoring of measures.
• You ensure compliance with the group-wide investment budget.
• You implement controlling standards and develop them further.
• You work closely with internal departments and ensure smooth coordination.

Your qualification:

• completed degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in the areas of Controlling and financial planning
• strong analytical problem-solving skills
• high level of communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• independent, structured, and analytical way of working
• good written and spoken English skills
• proficient use of SAP and MS Office
