Project Coordinator (m/w/d) in the commercial-pharmaceutical sector

As a Project Coordinator (m/w/d) in the commercial-pharmaceutical sector, you will undertake the following tasks with us:

• You support the administrative and organizational implementation and coordination of scientific projects, e.g., in non-interventional studies.
• You create and maintain the respective project folders.
• You are responsible for project tracking.
• You take care of archiving and the respective project filing.
• You undertake the administration and maintenance of project-supporting materials.
• You monitor compliance with project-related guidelines.

Your qualification:

• completed vocational training in the commercial or pharmaceutical sector, for example as a medical documentarian (m/w/d)
• professional experience in the aforementioned area is an advantage, but not a must
• very good English skills in spoken and written form
• confident handling of the MS-Office package
• independent, structured, committed, and careful way of working
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork skills
