Tasks

Your work-life balance is important to us. After an initial training period, we want to limit your business trips and customer visits to a maximum of 15 working days per month. You can use the remaining working days at the company and/or in the home office for system configuration, project planning, sales support, etc.

• You enjoy dealing with customers and their technical requirements.
• Complex communication systems are a challenge for you and you like to stay up to date with the latest technology.
• Your tasks include the initial commissioning of our systems as well as the integration of products into the existing on-site infrastructure.
• You independently handle the technical implementation of projects, from the handover from our sales department to the technical department on-site until the final acceptance by the customer. You will be supported by the entire team at all times.
• In addition, you support our sales department in project realization.

Qualification

• You are an engineer/Bachelor with practical relevance or a technician/skilled worker with special suitability/professional experience in the field of communication technology, electrical engineering, or information technology.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of telephony (ISDN/SIP), IP and network technology, as well as public address technology.
• Customer-oriented behavior, teamwork, independence, as well as a confident and friendly appearance characterize you.
• You have basic knowledge of the English language and a class B driver's license.
