For our Neumünster location, we are looking for:

Team Leader Shipping (gn)

Do you have experience in shipping, maintain an overview even in complex processes, and want to lead a team? Then help us shape efficient shipping processes and actively drive their further development.

Your tasks:

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the shipping team
• Planning, coordination, and control of national and international shipping processes
• Freight forwarding and documentary processing of orders
• Import, export, and customs clearance including country of origin and preference calculation
• Freight tenders (truck, air, sea, KEP) as well as procurement logistics
• Coordination with internal interfaces, external partners, and packaging service providers
• Active promotion and co-design of process optimization and digitalization projects, such as SAP processes

What you bring to the role:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in a freight forwarding or logistics environment
• Several years of experience in import and export (air/sea/truck/courier)
• Good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and SAP
• Leadership competence, organizational strength, and a structured way of working
• Team spirit, communication strength, and solution orientation
