Supplier Quality Assurance (m/f/d) (Technician - Mechanical Engineering (without specialization)/Bachelor Professional in Technology)

Area of Responsibility

• Supplier Management:
• technical supplier support in quality and metrological topics
• execution of product and process audits
• evaluation of measurement data
• conducting sample approvals
• coordination of supplier deviation management
• processing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating supplier complaints (ensuring the PDCA cycle)
• consolidation and densification of supplier errors (error focuses and clusters) and requesting measures
• analysis of quality deviations
• securing quality risks
• supporting suppliers in the methodical application of Q-tools (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa, 8D-Report)
• tracking / monitoring of immediate and preventive measures
• tracking / verifying the effectiveness of preventive measures
• processing / supporting customer complaints in cooperation with customer service and specialist departments
• coordination of testing/measurement methods with the supplier
• coordination of required internal measurement activities
• supporting Purchasing with supplier onboarding and supplier development

Requirements

• University degree or a degree as a Technician with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering
• knowledge of problem-solving tools (e.g., 5W-analysis, Ishikawa, 8D-method, etc.)
• basic knowledge in the field of auditing
• practical experience with testing and measurement equipment
• business fluent English skills
