  • Conducting product and process audits to evaluate supplier performance
  • Evaluation of measurement data and independent execution of sample inspections
  • Processing and coordinating supplier complaints, including ensuring the PDCA cycle
  • Analysis of quality deviations as well as derivation of effective immediate and preventive measures
  • Application and communication of quality methods (e.g., 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)
  • Coordination of testing and measurement methods with our suppliers
  • Coordination of internal measurement and testing processes
  • Supporting Purchasing during supplier onboarding and supplier development
  • Occasional willingness to travel to supplier sites domestically and abroad

  • Experience in quality management or supplier quality
