Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician

We are an internationally active planning and execution office for the interior design and furnishing of hotels. To strengthen and support our team, we are looking for:

COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN A RESPONSIBLE POSITION (M/F/D) YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in commercial project business, preferably in combination with technical understanding
• Experience in the field of Interior Design procurement is preferred, but not mandatory
• Reliability, flexibility, professionalism
• You master operative and strategic project execution with absolute independence and confidence
• Confident and solution-oriented way of working
• Professional organization of your own and the team's performance
• Problem-solving competence in execution
• You manage projects in an outcome-oriented manner, work highly structured, and keep profitability firmly in view.
• Good knowledge of the English language in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

YOUR TASKS:

• Complete commercial project execution, procurement, inquiry and ordering processes, evaluation of quotations, order processing, project coordination, budget monitoring
• Contract creation and negotiation with suppliers, awarding of trades in independent, responsible processing
• Coordination with interior design regarding planning, execution, performance specifications, tenders, and orders
• Contract preparation, quotation creation, development of Scopes in consultation with management, coordination with the client
• Creation and preparation of offers, inquiries, budgets, price comparisons
• Financial controlling of the ordering process
• Coordination of payments and receivables with accounting
• Organization and controlling of completion
