YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Technical Service Inside Sales team
• Close cooperation with the service workshop team as well as acting as deputy for the service workshop team lead
• Continuous process and interface optimization in the Technical Service area
• Active support of the team in processing respective customer inquiries in coordination with the ASM, IASM as well as subsidiaries and representatives
• Support and training of service partners at home and abroad
• Conducting customer training at home and abroad
• Support in strategy implementation
• Development and introduction of KPIs for the proactive control of workflows / processes
• Close support of key customers and acquisition of new customers
• Competitor and market monitoring in coordination with the global business unit manager

• Strong leadership competence with a focus on promoting individual responsibility as well as building an open feedback and trust culture
• Completed technical training, technician, master, bachelor or comparable qualification
• Process-oriented, committed, and independent way of working
• Sound knowledge of the structure and function of the entire product range of NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme is desirable
• Strong customer orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High degree of flexibility, resilience, communication and teamwork skills
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for occasional multi-day business trips at home and abroad
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage
