YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Operative Quality team (IQM-OQ)
• Ensuring, controlling, and continuous optimization of quality assurance processes and testing procedures
• Planning and coordination of measurement orders, initial sample inspections, series inspections, as well as special and project inspections
• Evaluation and documentation of test results as well as processing of quality deviations in cooperation with internal specialist departments and suppliers
• Responsibility for the release process of components from initial sampling to series release
• Cooperation with development, purchasing, and other specialist departments during new and further developments
• Processing of complaints as well as coordination of rework and sample orders
• Planning, implementation, and support of internal and external audits
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of quality, manufacturing, and business processes

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• Strong leadership competence with a focus on promoting individual responsibility as well as building an open feedback and trust culture
• Completed technical training, technician, master craftsman, Bachelor, or comparable qualification
• Further training in quality management, ideally as a Quality Management Representative (QMB) and/or auditor
• Knowledge of relevant management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001)
• Confident handling of MS-Office applications as well as good SAP knowledge
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Communication and teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and flexibility paired with high organizational talent
• High degree of commitment and dedication as well as an independent and responsible way of working
