YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Team development and promotion
• Timely, efficient processing of orders
• Test bench planning and ensuring the successful execution of customer acceptances
• Cross-departmental cooperation on large and special projects
• Planning of technical equipment on all test benches as well as optimization / digitalization of the test benches within the framework of annual budget specifications
• Continuous process and interface optimization, support in strategy implementation
• Assessment of test results together with Konstruktion, Vertrieb, and Entwicklung

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• Completed technical training with further training as Meister, Techniker, Bachelor, or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the electrotechnical field is an advantage
• Strong leadership competence with a focus on promoting individual responsibility as well as building an open feedback and trust culture
• Communication and teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and flexibility paired with high organizational talent
• High degree of commitment and dedication as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Good SAP knowledge as well as confident handling of common MS-Office programs
• Good written and spoken English skills
