YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You proactively advise and support managers on all strategic and operational HR topics and are the central contact person for employees in an assigned support area
• You manage and coordinate personnel recruitment for your support area together with the recruiting team and implement individual personnel measures
• You ensure effective and trustful cooperation with the Betriebsrat as well as with the central HR service functions such as Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll
• You work closely with the trainers and ensure the qualified development and support of our apprentices
• You actively participate in shaping the further development of HR instruments & processes, including globally within the Pumpen & Systeme division
• You are responsible for various HR projects within the Pumpen & Systeme division

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• You have a completed degree in economics or social sciences with a focus on personnel or a corresponding comparable training/further education in personnel management
• You can demonstrate professional experience in personnel management, ideally as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized manufacturing company
• You possess sound knowledge of individual and collective labor law; knowledge of tariff law (ERA) and experienced handling of employee representation is an advantage
• You are familiar with modern personnel management instruments and possess consulting, coaching, and conflict management competence
• Ideally, you bring experience in the support and development of apprentices and enjoy accompanying young people in their professional development
• You move confidently across all hierarchical levels and convince through strong communication skills as well as a binding and winning demeanor
• You bring a pronounced affinity for digital transformation and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in the HR environment and actively drive corresponding impulses forward
• You speak English at a business level and are familiar with all common MS Office applications as well as ideally with SAP HR
