YOUR JOB

• You independently process support incidents and service requests at second/third-level support
• You explain complex issues quickly and comprehensibly
• You regularly and consistently check server systems, network infrastructures, and backup systems for errors
• You perform minor programming tasks and create script-based tools
• You support the development of network or education solutions
• You keep an eye on the IT infrastructure as a whole and develop it further based on current and future customer and market requirements

YOUR STRENGTHS

• You have successfully completed a degree in Informatik or a comparable vocational training
• You are a career starter or lateral entrant with practical experience in IT administration
• You already have experience with complex system environments
• You are experienced in administration, provisioning, and troubleshooting in client-server environments
• You work confidently in the field of network technology
• You are experienced with Linux and Windows servers
• You already have experience with virtualization in the area of DebianSysteme and Sophos SG
• You work analytically and process-oriented
• You communicate effortlessly in English
• You have a driving license of class B or 3
• You enjoy your daily work and rely on teamwork
