Procurement Specialist
Netline Communication Technologies is a leading defense high-tech company, located in the Azrieli Towers in Tel Aviv, which develops, manufactures, and markets advanced electronic warfare systems for military and security entities in Israel and worldwide. As a leading company in the field of tactical control of the electromagnetic spectrum, Netline provides advanced operational solutions to deal with drone threats, improvised explosive devices, and communication jamming, while integrating innovative technologies operating in operational theaters around the world. We are looking for an electronic components Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team, in a significant role involving responsibility for end-to-end procurement processes in an advanced and dynamic technological environment.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement of electronic components, with an emphasis on RF components, SMT, printed circuits, and electronic assemblies.
- Issuing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries.
- Routine work with suppliers in Israel and abroad, including identifying and developing new suppliers.
- Routine work with subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Receiving price quotes, performing comparisons, conducting commercial negotiations, and leading engagement processes.
- Working with framework agreements, commercial contracts, and SOW in English.
- Performing data analysis and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant academic degree - Mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist in electronics, manufacturing, or project-based companies - Mandatory.
- Proven experience in the procurement of electronic components - Mandatory.
- Experience working with ERP systems, with an emphasis on Priority - Mandatory.
- Experience in commercial negotiation, working with suppliers, order tracking, and report generation - Mandatory.
- Very high level of English, both written and spoken - Mandatory.
