Bilingual Trainer C1/ 2 Years in Training / Bogotá

This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a BILINGUAL TRAINER who wants to take on a strategic role in the development of our collaborators, leading training and support processes in a dynamic BPO, customer service, and operations environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and operational training processes for new hires and current collaborators.
• Develop dynamic sessions using adult learning methodologies.
• Train on systems, tools, procedures, and operational processes.
• Conduct evaluations, practical exercises, and learning follow-ups.
• Identify improvement opportunities and establish action plans to strengthen performance.
• Work in an articulated manner with Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Leadership.
• Keep materials, guides, presentations, and training resources updated.
• Analyze quality results, performance, and participant feedback to propose improvements.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and operational changes.

What are we looking for?

Academic background:

• Professional in Education, Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, Communication, or related careers.
• University degree required.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instruction, facilitation, coaching, onboarding, or Learning & Development processes.
• Desirable experience in BPO, customer service, operations, transport, or logistics.
• Experience using LMS platforms and virtual training tools.
• Excellent group management, presentation, and communication skills.
• English: C1 level indispensable.
