At NETCOM BUSINESS CONTACT CENTER S.A.S. we are looking for Bilingual Call Center Agents for our healthcare line.

What are we looking for?

People with practical knowledge of basic medical terminology and the ability to understand, collect, and document clinical patient information.

We especially value experience in:

• Patient admission, medical scribe, or medical transcriber.
• Nursing Assistant or Pharmaceutical Services Assistant.
• Clinical call center, making calls to patients and documenting medical information.
• Healthcare processes where you have had contact with medical histories, medications, allergies, and clinical backgrounds.

Students or technicians in careers related to the healthcare sector may also apply. It is not necessary to be a licensed clinical professional.

Requirements:

• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Ease in documenting information in structured medical formats.
• Experience related to patients or healthcare sector processes.

Conditions

• Modality: 100% in-person.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Salary: To be agreed upon.
• Contract: Indefinite.
• Location: Bogotá.
