Responsibilities and assignments

• Order Management: Analyze and execute the complete flow of sales orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with commercial, technical, and logistical conditions, as well as meeting the deadlines agreed upon with customers.
• Demand Planning: Analyze the order portfolio; Support fulfillment planning alongside production and logistics; Define priorities and propose adjustments to optimize deadlines, production capacity, and service levels.
• Strategic Interface between areas: Actively interface with the commercial, production, logistics, and financial areas; Anticipate risks, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure the alignment of information throughout the order management process.
• Monitoring of Indicators and Performance: Monitor and analyze order management indicators (delivery time, service level, backlog, stockout); Propose corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement of results.
• Problem Solving: Conduct the analysis and handling of occurrences related to delays, order discrepancies, or operational restrictions; Seek solutions with the involved areas and keep customers and stakeholders informed.
• Standardization and Process Improvement: Map, review, and propose improvements in order management processes, contributing to the standardization of routines, greater operational efficiency, and reduction of failures.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of English and Spanish.
