Technician Team Leader Wanted

Lance Technologies is looking for a Technician Team Leader

The role includes leading the technical support (IT) team and ensuring high-quality IT services for all organization employees. Routine management of the support team and daily activities. Providing technical support to employees and handling faults and service requests in the fields of hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and other IT services. Management of inquiries, service requests, and complex processes in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Responsibility for Onboarding and Offboarding processes. Working with vendors and external service providers. Training, mentoring, and professional development of team members. Coordination and collaboration with IT teams in Israel and worldwide, creating a connection between organizational needs and technological solutions.

Location: Ra'anana | Full-time

• English (writing, reading, and speaking) at a very good level - Mandatory.
• Experience in managing a team of technicians - Mandatory
• Experience working with global teams - Advantage
• Knowledge of iOS + Android, Office 365
• Service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and leadership ability.
