Automation Engineer required for a global industrial company

Management and leadership of projects from the initiation stage to the implementation of multidisciplinary automation systems and machines, while working with a wide range of engineering and operational interfaces.

The role includes managing automation projects that encompass all project stages, characterization and leadership of industrial machines, automated production lines, and engineering data system interfaces. Project management from the idea stage to implementation, while meeting goals, requirements, and project success.

• Familiarity with advanced automation and robotics equipment
• Leading the project team
• Characterization and writing of work specifications for projects for all project stages
• Writing and performing acceptance tests
• Leading and managing projects in the field of automation
• Multi-interface management with professional parties in Engineering, Quality, Operations, R&D, etc. departments

Relevant Education

• Mechanical Engineer
• At least 5 years of experience with automation systems and engineering project management
• Experience in SOLIDWORKS programming
• High level of English
• Familiarity with vision systems - an advantage
• Experience in engineering project management
• Familiarity with IT and OT system interfaces
• Familiarity with pneumatic equipment, controllers, robots
