Cloud Engineer (AliCloud Specialist)

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing cloud infrastructure and services across the APAC region, with a particular focus on AliCloud platforms .

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and support AliCloud infrastructure and services
• Manage cloud environments covering compute, networking, storage, and security
• Support application migration, deployment, and integration activities
• Monitor platform performance, reliability, and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and cloud-related issues
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across APAC and global IT teams
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building within the cloud engineering team

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with AliCloud is highly preferred
• Candidates with strong AWS, Azure, or GCP experience and willingness to transition into AliCloud.
• Good understanding of cloud architecture, networking, storage, security, and infrastructure services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience working within enterprise-scale or regional collaboration.
