We are seeking a skilled Fit Out Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans that support the design and installation of interior fit out projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for interior fit out projects using CAD software. - Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. - Review and interpret design drawings and technical specifications to produce precise drafts. - Update and maintain drawing documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. - Coordinate with engineers and contractors to resolve design issues and implement revisions effectively. - Participate in site visits to verify dimensions and assess the practicality of designs when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a draftsman in the fit out or interior construction industry. - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of construction and fit out processes and materials. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. - Degree or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred. - Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is an advantage.
