The main focuses of the area of responsibility are:

• Creation of cross-cutting construction-strategic sequences
• Allocation and definition of work and the hourly budget across the various process steps
• Optimization of production sequences and processes
• Scheduling of all strategically relevant components
• Coordination of sequences with the various departments/trades and supplier companies
• Implementation of special solutions in the strategic sequences
• Creation of statistics and documentation

We expect:

• Degree as an Industriemeister/-in, state-certified Techniker/-in, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Technischer Betriebswirt/-in or comparable training with initial professional experience.
• Experience in shipbuilding is desirable but not a must – we also value career changers with sound technical knowledge.
• Ideally basic SAP knowledge and enjoyment in familiarizing yourself with new software solutions.
• Very good written and spoken English skills to be able to operate internationally.
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications.
• You work independently, reliably, and maintain an overview even in stressful times.
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, and teamwork skills
