The main focuses of the area of responsibility are:

  • Planning, technical control, and monitoring of all maintenance, overhaul, and repair work for technical systems, building technology, or equipment in the assigned areas, taking costs, quality, and deadlines into account
  • Processing and resolving malfunctions and accidents
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Documentation of all orders in the ERP-System
  • Inventorying of systems and tools subject to inspection in the ERP-System
  • Optimization of processes in maintenance as well as in Asset-Life Cycle Management
  • Communication and interface management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of maintenance projects in the assigned area
  • Support for overarching site projects as well as investment and conversion measures
  • Stock control and necessary ordering of technical gases
  • Planning, requesting quotes, contract coordination, and implementation in the area of spare parts procurement for technical systems

We expect:

  • Degree as a Meister or Fachwirt or a comparable qualification, e.g., completed vocational training in a technical field with several years of professional experience
  • Experience in coordinating external companies
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken

  • Strong communication skills
