Your tasks:

• Coordination and prioritization of processes and construction activities for the completion of assigned areas, taking into account the schedule, costs, and quality
• Support of interfaces in the assigned area (internal/external)
• Coordination and implementation of technical changes in the production process
• Monitoring and compliance with manufacturing standards
• Initiation of solution processes for upcoming tasks and management of their implementation
• Construction-related quality assurance using norms and standards, shipyard-internal inspection plans, class regulations, and construction specifications
• Execution of acceptances for the assigned areas
• Coordination of interfaces between partner companies and other shipyard departments
• Implementation of assigned contractor duties regarding occupational safety and health protection

Your profile:

• Completed technician or master craftsman degree with several years of professional experience, or a technical degree, or comparable training with several years of professional experience in a coordinating role
• Extensive experience in project management
• Proficiency in document management systems, databases, and MS Office
• Good English skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Solution-oriented and structured way of working
