Your tasks
NeoWork is hiring Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinators to keep orders, shipments, and inventory moving for U.S. companies. You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and customers to make sure every order arrives on time.
- Manage purchase orders, order entry, and order status updates
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams
- Track deliveries and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
- Reconcile inventory between systems and investigate discrepancies
- Communicate order and delivery updates to customers and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records across portals and systems
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management
- Strong attention to detail with high-volume, multi-system work
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Availability to work U.S. business hours
- Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience with NetSuite, an ERP, or a TMS
- Experience working with U.S. carriers and 3PLs
- Fluency in Spanish
