Neovoxia is supporting one of its partner clients, SAI France (Viverde group), in the recruitment of its future QHSE Manager in a permanent contract (CDI).

YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the General Management, you will define, steer, and deploy the company's Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment policy. You will play a central role in regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and continuous improvement within a demanding industrial environment.

Specifically, you will intervene on 4 major axes:

Steer QHSE management systems

• Define, formalize, and deploy the company's QHSE policy
• Maintain our ISO 9001 certification and obtain ISO 45001, ISO 19443, MASE certifications...
• Structure and maintain the applicable standards (ISO, MASE, CUTR, ATEX, PESO...)
• Steer the process approach: definition, animation, and annual reviews
• Establish, monitor, and analyze QHSE performance indicators

Guarantee compliance and continuous improvement

• Plan and conduct internal QHSE audits (ISO and specific standards)
• Prepare and coordinate external audits (certifications, clients)
• Ensure our approved supplier status with clients
• Steer the processing of non-conformities and deploy corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure QHSE regulatory and sectoral monitoring

Structure the Quality Control (QC) function

• Define the QC organization in line with regulatory, standard, and client requirements
• Functionally steer QC activities, both internal and outsourced
• Coordinate control actions at subcontractors and the processing of non-conformities
• Ensure the interface between QC, Project teams, Purchasing, subcontractors, and clients

Steer Occupational Health and Safety

• Steer professional risk prevention
• Update the DUERP and monitor associated action plans
• Analyze accidents, incidents, and dangerous situations
• Organize and lead SST awareness and training actions
• Monitor certifications, regulatory training, and associated authorizations

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in a regulated industrial environment (knowledge of the nuclear sector is a plus)
• Mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards and good knowledge of MASE, CUTR, ATEX, PESO
• Proven practice of audits (internal / external) and continuous improvement
• Professional English
• Rigor, autonomy, ability to unite teams around QHSE issues, taste for field work
