Neovoxia is supporting one of its partner clients, SAI France (Viverde group), in the recruitment of its future Pre-Sales Systems Engineer on a permanent contract (CDI).

YOUR MISSION

Working in direct link with the sales team, you are the technical architect of the offers. You analyze client needs, design tailor-made solutions, and provide accurate cost estimates. Your technical expertise directly influences the success of projects and the company's commercial performance.

In this context, your missions are as follows:

• Analyze client specifications to understand technical needs and identify constraints / risks
• Participate in client visits with the sales team and provide technical expertise
• Define the architecture and general concept of the solution, in connection with technical experts if necessary
• Design and dimension technical solutions (exhaust lines, silencers, filtration/ventilation) with the support of engineering (expert, acoustic / aerolical engineer...)
• Create principle 3D views
• Consult and qualify suppliers and subcontractors with the support of Purchasing
• Estimate total loads and costs with the support of the relevant departments (engineering, design office, purchasing, subcontracting, logistics, quality)
• Quote and optimize solution costs
• Write clear and detailed commercial proposals and complete the internal quoting tool (OSCAR)
• Ensure the transmission of technical elements during the transition to the execution phase and provide, if necessary, occasional support to the project and technical teams
• Optimize or develop tools to assist in design and quote estimation
• Capitalize on feedback and experience within internal tools and methods (design, dimensioning, quoting)

YOUR PROFILE

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Solid technical foundations in mechanics and design
• Knowledge of boilermaking, filtration, ventilation, or exhaust is appreciated
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Excel (advanced), Office tools
• Fluent English to communicate with our international clients and partners
• Ability to manage several files in parallel without losing rigor, balancing technical depth and commercial deadlines
• Comfortable convincing various interlocutors, both technical and non-technical
